We are happy to announce that two of our Ceylon teas have won Gold Awards at THE LEAFIES – International Tea Awards 2024 held on 06th November 2024 at the Dartmouth House, London, UK. The Winners are:
- Sinharaja Wiry Tips by Lumbini Tea Valley (Best Black Tea)
- Panilkanda Cinnamon Wiry Threads by Panilkanda Tea Factory (Best Blend in camellia sinensis + botanicals)
In addition to above, Panilkanda Tea Factory has received the Maverick Special Award for Creativity and Innovation.
THE LEAFIES – International Tea Awards Ceremony 2024 was organized by the UK Tea Academy in collaboration with Fortnem and Mason to promote integrity, excellence and collaboration within the International Tea Industry. Winning an award at THE LEAFIES, is a great milestone for global exposure and recognition.
