Ceylon Tea was successfully showcased at the Beijing Tea Expo 2026, held from 17–20 April in Beijing, with the Tea Promotion Unit of SLEMB securing a 36 sqm space free of charge. Participation was organized through Sri Lankan tea company’s corresponding Chinese representatives of Imperial Tea Exports (Pvt) Ltd, Millennium Teas (Pvt) Ltd, Sinolan Tea (Pvt) Ltd, and Ceylon Tips Branding (Pvt) Ltd, generating strong engagement with buyers and enhancing visibility of premium Ceylon Tea. The event further strengthened Sri Lanka’s presence in the Chinese market while supporting continuous promotional momentum.
